Happy 2014!

Happy New Year everyone! Company 4 has been hard at work in the new year. We ended 2013 with a total of 661 calls, our members put in countless hours serving their community and we thank them for their dedication. During these cold days of January, Company 4 has responded to 70 calls thus far and will probably reach over 100 calls in the first month of 2014! The members of Company 4 look forward to serving our community in 2014.

The Preakness Volunteer Fire Company 4 was founded in 1924. It is the fourth oldest fire company in Wayne. Altogether, there are five separate fire companies in Wayne. Taken together, all five are referred to as the Wayne Fire Department. The Wayne Fire Department is 100% VOLUNTEER!

Our purpose is for the protection of life and property which range from fire to similar disasters. The Preakness Volunteer Fire Company 4 serves the northeast corner of Wayne Township.
We respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, in all weather conditions.
If you have an emergency, please call 911
